Whether you are a young woman, or already a mother, you want to keep an eye out for that time of the month. Either you want to be prepared, or just want to know when it is the best time to try out for a baby, no one likes to be caught ‘off guard’ . Luckily, technology is here to keep track for us. We will be covering a few of the apps available out there, and they are all for FREE!

PERIOD CALENDAR

Easy to use app which you can download on your phone ( Android or iOS ) keeps track of your menstrual cycles for you. Just need to complete a few steps there with basic info and the app will let you know when the time is near.
Maybe your main focus is not pre, but post, knowing when the best time for you and your boyfriend or hubby should start going ‘at it’ for a baby. The app keeps track and inform you of the best period for you to conceive.

Maybe you are not feeling so well, or want to input your current state? Threat not, you can do so as well, for each day has its own little journal assigned to it so you can write or enter notes on how you feel. At the same time, the app will suggest various methods to change or amend your current state, in order to improve it

MENSTRUAL CYCLES

Most apps have the same features of course, since they cover the same grounds, but this one has a very ‘purple’ look on things, and is also password protected, just in case. You can never be too prepared.

MY CYCLES PERIOD AND OVULATION

The name says it all. It has a pretty interface, but, most importantly, it offers a variety of tips & tricks, and a lot of answers to frequently or most asked questions that you might come across, or simply not know what to do.

MENSTRUAL CALENDAR

This one has a simpler look to it, offers the same as the kind of tracking as the ones above, but has a more developed notes & entries area, more along the line of a personal journal, with daily use.

In the end, regardless of your reason for using one, they are here to help, so I suggest giving them a try.
